Please review all the website pages on the left for information about your new neighborhood, particularly the "Property Owner Documents".  In addition we offer some tidbits below to get you more quickly settled in your new home:

Dues:  When you purchased your property in Lighthouse Pointe you agreed to pay dues to your Homeowners Association.  Dues are payable every 6 months on January and July 1st each year.  Currently invoices for dues are mailed to the address of record for that property in December and June of each year.  You may reply with a check or money order made out to Lighthouse Pointe HOA and mailed to Etheridge Property Management (908 Gardengate Cr., Pensacola, FL 32504) for your dues payment or you might prefer to use PayPal (to make your payment via a credit card) or PayLease (to make an electronic transfer from your bank or to use a credit card). A monthly payment plan is also available.

Water:  supplied by Midway Water in Gulf Breeze

Sewer:  the City of Gulf Breeze supplies our sewer and natural gas

You can call the City Public Service Dept. at 934-5108 or South Santa Rosa Utility System at 934-5110

Electricity: Florida Power and Light

Garbage and Waste:  Waste Pros

You're in - Santa Rosa County, Florida

South Santa Rosa County Service Center in Gulf Breeze is just a little west of us on US 98 (Gulf Breeze Blvd.) same side of the road.  You can get new license plates and early vote there.  All County services are available but contact them to assure there is someone there for what you want when you can go.
