Hi! You've come to the Lighthouse Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., website. We live in Lighthouse Pointe, in Gulf Breeze, Florida, and each of us is privileged to own (or be paying for) a little piece of paradise!!

Through these webpages we will introduce you to our wonderful neighborhood and we will exchange information among ourselves.

There are some pages that are "private" to Lighthouse Pointe Homeowners only and those pages require a password and ID to access. If you are a new homeowner in our neighborhood please contact our webmaster to receive the password and ID.  For our visitors other pages you may freely wander.

Lighthouse Pointe is located off U.S. Highway 98 (Gulf Breeze Parkway) in South Santa Rosa County, Florida 1.5 miles east of the Gulf Breeze Zoo.

Our development resides on Santa Rosa Sound. Our homeowners have access to our private water park with access to the Sound.  We have picnic tables and a nice pedestrian dock.
